The Lake County Triathlon, presented by Lake Property Owners Association and Articulate Promotions, held on Sunday, August 10, 2008 at Paulus Park in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Participants enjoyed a beautiful course that allowed them to swim, bike and run through the beautiful city of Lake Zurich. The triathlon is on a USA Triathlon sanctioned course, and will be timed. Awards were given to the top overall male and female finisher as well as the top three runners in each age group, by gender. Every finisher received a “participation” ribbon for completing the race.
